SPAC Liquidations continue to come at a record clip, with 37 officially occurring in December. Expect that number to rise as a contingent of SPACs have yet to hold their early liquidation votes.

  • Aurora Technology Acquisition Corp. (ATAK) signed an LOI with DIH Technology Ltd.
  • Newbury Street Acquisition Corporation (NBST) signed a definitive agreement with Infinite Reality
  • Venus Acquisition Corporation (VENA) finally closed its transaction and will now be known as MicroAlgo Inc. (MLGO) and begin trading 12/13
  • GigCapital5 (GIA) announced a definitive agreement, following an LOI a couple months ago, with QT Imaging
  • Primavera Capital Acquisition Corporation (PV) and Lanvin group announced shareholder approval and expected ticker change to LANV on 12/15
  • Americas Technology Acquisition Corp. (ATA) buried a late-Friday night deal termination announcement with Rally
