  • Maxpro Capital Acquisition Corp. (JMAC) announced an $899M deal with biotech Apollomics, the deal terms include a $20M min cash condition
  • Delwinds Insurance Acquisition Corp. (DWIN) announced a $30M FPA with Meteora, and cancelled the backstop agreement
  • Kensington Acquisition Corp. IV (KCAC) and Amprius closed its acquisition, shares will trade as AMPX tomorrow
  • Alpha Star Acquisition Corporation (ALSA) entered into an LOI with Cyclebit Group
  • Ventoux CCM Acquisition Corp. (VTAQ) shareholders approved the Presto business combination, and the company will trade as PRST next Wednesday, 9/21
