What is the Free Trial / Cancellation Policy?

The 7-day free trial enables you to try the service at no cost for 7-days. If you decide you do not want to subscribe, you must cancel prior to the trial expiring and being automatically converted to a subscription.

To help remind you, we will send you an email in advance of your trial expiring.

There is a “no refund” policy if you do not cancel your trial in advance.

When Are SPAC Briefs and SPAC Deal Alerts Sent?

Daily SPAC briefs are sent at 9am ET every morning. They contain all the latest deal, IPO, filing activity and more. 

Deal alerts are sent when a deal is announced — whether that is 6am on a Monday or 8pm on a Sunday.
