Everyone’s favorite DeSPAC, MSP Recovery (MSPR), whose shares closed at $2.50 today after just over a month of DeSPAC, disclosed additional shares for Palantir Technologies (PLTR) and Cano Health (CANO). Palantir’s stake comes to $10M in value (at $10 / share) and includes a true-up provision in a year if the stock isn’t trading at $10. In addition, the company has already appointed a new CFO. Always drama with this one.

- Kalera (KAL) shares began trading today following the closure of its business combination with Agrico Acquisition Corp (RICO) the company also disclosed that 14.3M shares were redeemed in the combination, making it one of the highest on record >99%
- Far Peak Acquisition Corp (FPAC), which announced a DA with Bullish nearly a year ago in July 2021, announced that it has pushed the outside date of its merger out till December. But, more importantly, also cancelled the $300M in PIPE commitments that it had previously secured as financing.
- Vickers Vantage I (VCKA) is set to vote on its extension tomorrow
