CRANE HARBOR II UPSIZES TO $300M IN LATEST DECEMBER SPAC IPO
Crane Harbor Acquisition Corp. II priced an upsized $300 million SPAC IPO today, selling 30 million units at $10 on Nasdaq (CRANU). Units bundle one Class A share plus one-fifteenth of one redeemable right—CRAN and CRANR trade separately post-split. The Cohen family team returns with the same playbook: Executive Chairman Jonathan Z. Cohen and CEO William I. Fradin targeting tech, real assets, and energy deals. Cohen & Company Capital Markets led as book-runner with JonesTrading as joint book-runner. Stevens & Lee repped the issuer, Kirkland & Ellis the underwriters. Underwriters grabbed the standard 45-day over-allotment option. Expected close Dec. 17. Another sizable December print as sponsors lean into year-end momentum.
