Invest Green Acquisition $150M SPAC IPO
Invest Green Acquisition Corporation completed an initial public offering by selling 15 million units at $10 each, raising $150 million. The units begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker IGACU on November 25, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of a Class A share upon completion of a business combination. The company intends to focus on mergers or acquisitions in the renewable energy, sustainable finance, and nuclear energy sectors, targeting businesses critical to the global clean energy transition. Cohen & Company Capital Markets acted as the lead book-running manager for this offering, and underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 2.25 million units to cover over-allotments.
