DYNAMIX CORPORATION III PRICES $175 MILLION SPAC IPO
Dynamix Corporation III, a Cayman Islands–incorporated SPAC, raised $175 million by offering 17.5 million units at $10.00 each. Each unit consists of one Class A share and one-half warrant exercisable at $11.50. The units will trade on Nasdaq under “DNMXU”, with the Class A shares and warrants to trade separately under “DNMX” and “DNMXW.” The SPAC is led by CEO and Chairman Andrea “Andrejka” Bernatova, CFO Nader Daylami, and EVP of M&A and Strategy Philip Rajan. It plans to pursue acquisitions in the energy, power, and digital infrastructure value chain.

Cohen & Company Capital Markets acted as lead book-runner, with Clear Street LLC as co-manager. The underwriters have a 45-day option to purchase up to 2.625 million additional units to cover over-allotments.
