Oct 10: GSRT DeSPAC to Terra Innovatum s.r.l. (NKLR)

GSR III Acquisition Corp. (GSRT) has closed its merger with Terra Innovatum, forming Terra Innovatum Global N.V. (Nasdaq: NKLR) — the first public company dedicated to micro-modular nuclear reactors. The deal, approved by shareholders on October 7, 2025, delivers up to $130 million to advance licensing and commercialization of Terra’s SOLO™ microreactor, a 1 MWe, factory-built unit using low-enriched uranium (LEU) for scalable, zero-carbon power in industrial and remote settings. Existing leadership will stay on to drive a U.S. rollout by 2028, positioning NKLR as a potential leader in next-gen nuclear energy.
