10 SPACs Trading Below $10 with Proven Serial SPAC Sponsors

by | Dec 30, 2021

A big part of the current SPAC trade is the “risklesss” yield play supported by the ability to redeem at $10 in advance of the deal vote (specifically prior to ex-redemption). There is plenty of opportunity for those looking to head into 2022 with a basket full of discounted SPACs.

The list below shows 10 of discounted SPACs that are trading below $10 AND have SPAC sponsors with positive deSPAC returns as of December 29. SPAC investors will recognize M. Klein and Company, dMY Technology, Fortress, and True Wind Capital as having some of the best performing SPACs / deSPACs out there.

We’ve added in details on each sponsor — how many SPACs they’ve done, how many active, and deSPAC returns — so you can have a sense of the team behind the deal. You can also click through for additional details on the team behind the deal.
