The 2026 Atmos Energy proxy solicits votes on eight management-proposed matters: Election of directors; Ratification of appointment of independent public accounting firm; Advisory Say-on-Pay; and amendments to the Articles of Incorporation to increase authorized shares, provide for plurality voting in contested elections, limit officer liability, clarify indemnification provisions, and remove obsolete provisions and make clarifying changes.
