Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 22, 2026, Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
