(the “Company”) relating to the announcement of the Company’s results of operations for the second quarter of 2026 and the availability of the Investor Supplement on the Company’s website. The press release was issued on August 4, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Investor Supplement is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and both are incorporated herein by reference.
