(the “Company”) relating to the announcement of the Company’s results of operations for the second quarter of 2026 and the availability of the Investor Supplement on the Company’s website. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and a copy of the Investor Supplement is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and both are incorporated herein by reference.
