Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 7, 2026, Abacus Global Management, Inc. ("Abacus" or "Company") announced the results of its operations and its financial condition for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
