To elect four (4) Class II directors to serve three-year terms expiring in 2029 and one (1) new Class I director to serve a two-year term expiring in 2028, each to hold office until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
To ratify the appointment of Crowe LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31, 2026.
