Forestar's 2026 proxy seeks votes on three management proposals: Election of Directors (Proposal 1), Advisory Vote on Executive Compensation (Proposal 2), and Ratification of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm (Proposal 3).
To elect the seven directors named in the proxy statement to serve until the 2027 Annual Meeting and until their successors have been elected and qualified.
To approve, on an advisory basis, the executive compensation philosophy and the compensation of the named executive officers as disclosed in the proxy materials.
