On June 10, 2026, Zevia PBC (the “Company”) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). As of the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 71,716,158 shares of Class A Common Stock and 5,208,885 shares of Class B Common Stock of the Company outstanding, each entitled to one vote per share.
