On January 29, 2026, Xerox Holdings Corporation and Xerox Corporation (together, the "Registrants") issued a press release announcing their combined fourth quarter 2025 earnings. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
