This Amendment No. 1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 6, 2025 is being filed solely to correct the Form 8-K Item number in the original Form 8-K filing. |
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 29, 2025, WidePoint Corporation was issued a Task Order to deliver managed mobility services for 30,000 cellular lines of service for U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) under its Cellular Wireless Managed Services (CWMS) 2.0 contract with the Department of Homeland Security. The task order has a period of performance extending through December 2026. All other terms and conditions of the existing contract remain substantially unchanged. In addition, the Company issued a press release on October 1, 2025 further describing the contract action, which press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
