Watsco, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”), held its 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on June 2, 2025. The final voting results for the proposals submitted to a vote of the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as follows:
