Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 22, 2026, Willis Lease Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: WLFC) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it plans to conduct a conference call on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its financial results for the first quarter of 2026. The Company will report its financial results in a press release prior to the conference call.

A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
