Item 1.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Walker & Dunlop, Inc. (the “Company”) will host a virtual Investor Day on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 that will include an overview of the Company’s long-term growth strategy, with a specific focus on its five-year outlook, the Journey to ’30. The event will feature presentations and a Q&A session with members of the Company’s senior management. A live webcast of the event will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time and will be available on the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website. A copy of the presentation materials for the Investor Day is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
