On June 3, 2026, WEBTOON Entertainment Inc. (the "Company") held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting"). At the Annual Meeting, holders of 128,189,361 shares of common stock of the Company, representing approximately 95.2% of the voting power of the shares of common stock of the Company as of the close of business on April 10, 2026, the record date for the Annual Meeting, and constituting a quorum for the transaction of business, were present in person or by proxy. The following matters, as described more fully in the Company's definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 2026, were voted on by the stockholders at the Annual Meeting:
Proposal 1 - Election of Directors
The stockholders elected each of the three nominees named below as Class II directors to serve until the 2029 Annual Meeting and until their successors are duly elected and qualified. The voting results were as follows:
