On December 6, 2025, Viatris Inc. (“Viatris”) issued a press release announcing an agreement to monetize Viatris’ equity stake in Biocon Biologics Limited. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
