On December 17, 2025, Vistra Corp. (the “Company” or “Vistra”) received its results from the PJM Capacity Auction for planning year 2027/2028. The company cleared a total of approximately 10,566 megawatts (MW) in the auction at a weighted average clearing price of $333.44 per megawatt-day.
