Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 6, 2026, VSE Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on October 29, 2026 to stockholders of record as of October 15, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the dividend on August 4, 2026. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
