On November 10, 2025, Village Farms International, Inc. (the “Company” or “Village Farms”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
