ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 7, 2026, U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. (“USPH”, “the Company”) (NYSE, NYSE Texas: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, hosted a conference call and webcast, to discuss its results for the three months ended March 31, 2026. The transcript of the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
On the same day, USPH updated its investor presentation. The presentation covers an overview of the Company and is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Additionally, the presentation can be found on the Company's website at www.usph.com under Investor Relations.
