On February 10, 2026, United Rentals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1) announcing that members of its executive management team will participate in Citi's 2026 Global Industrial Tech and Mobility Conference on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. The conference will include a presentation by Matt Flannery, chief executive officer and Ted Grace, chief financial officer. Such presentations may include a discussion of the Company’s business and forward-looking information.
