On May 7, 2026, Union Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") distributed its First Quarter 2026 unaudited Report to Shareholders (the "Quarterly Report") presenting information concerning the Company's results of operations and financial condition for the three months ended March 31, 2026 and declaration of a regular quarterly dividend.
