On August 5, 2026, UMH Properties, Inc. issued a press release announcing the results for the second quarter June 30, 2026 and disclosed a supplemental information package in connection with its earnings conference call for the second quarter June 30, 2026. A copy of the supplemental information package and press release is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
