The annual meeting of shareholders of the Company was held on April 28, 2026 (the “Annual Meeting”). As of the record date, there were a total of 76,136,588 shares outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting. At the Annual Meeting, 70,379,421 shares were represented in person or by proxy, therefore, a quorum was present.
