On February 11, 2026, Frontier Group Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
The Company makes reference to non-GAAP financial information in the press release. A reconciliation of these non-GAAP financial measures to their nearest GAAP equivalents is provided in the press release.
