On April 29, 2026, UDR, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. This press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and refers to supplemental financial information that is available on the Company’s website and furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Report.
