As previously announced, Reza Taleghani has joined Under Armour, Inc. (the “Company”) as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, effective February 11, 2026. Effective as of the same date, he has also been appointed principal financial officer of the Company, replacing David Bergman in such capacity, who will remain with the Company as a senior advisor for a transition period.
