Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 31, 2025, Titan International, Inc. (the “Company”) held an earnings conference call for its second quarter ended June 30, 2025. A copy of the conference call transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On July 31, 2025, the Company filed a Form 8-K that included the actual earnings release text and supplemental tables.
