On February 3, 2026, Trinity Capital Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain preliminary estimates of its financial results for its fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. Such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
