On February 12, 2026, TriNet Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial and operating results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025. A copy of the press release, entitled “TriNet Announces Fourth Quarter, Fiscal Year 2025 Results, and Full Year 2026 Guidance” is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference.
