On June 3, 2026, TG Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announced positive pharmacokinetic (PK), pharmacodynamic (PD), safety, and tolerability data from its Phase 1 clinical trial evaluating a subcutaneous formulation of ublituximab (the active agent in BRIUMVI®) in patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS). A copy of the press release is being filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated into this Item by reference.
