Item 8.01. Other Information.
On December 10, 2025, Tecnoglass, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the timing for the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share for the fourth quarter of 2025. The dividend will be paid by the Company on January 30, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2025.
