On April 29, 2026, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (the “Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
In addition, on April 29, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Emalex Biosciences. This press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K.
