On August 6, 2026, Solidion Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 and disclosing certain recent business highlights. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
