Press Release
On January 28. 2026, Presidio Property Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the suspension of the monthly dividend on its 9.375% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock starting with the January 2026 payment. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
