On February 11, 2026, Solstice Advanced Materials Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full year 2025 earnings, which is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. The information furnished pursuant to this Item 2.02, including Exhibit 99.1, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities under that Section and shall not be deemed to be incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act.

On February 11, 2026, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share of the Company’s common stock, payable on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 to shareowners of record of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on Tuesday, February 24, 2026.
The press release announcing the quarterly cash dividend is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
