On February 12, 2026, Soligenix, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a shareholder update letter from its President and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Christopher J. Schaber, detailing recent corporate progress, clinical developments across the Company’s pipeline, upcoming milestones, financing strategies and cash runway. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
