The following is a list of subsidiaries of Sanara MedTech Inc., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), as of December 31, 2025, the states in which they are organized and the Company’s percentage ownership of the issued and outstanding stock or other equity interests for each entity. The names of particular subsidiaries may be omitted if the unnamed subsidiaries, considered in the aggregate as a single subsidiary, would not constitute a significant subsidiary as of the end of the year covered by the annual report on Form 10-K of which this Exhibit 21.1 forms a part.
