    On January 8, 2026, The Simply Good Foods Company, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), reported its results for the fiscal first quarter ended November 29, 2025. The results are discussed in detail in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. In addition, the Company has posted an investor presentation at www.thesimplygoodfoodscompany.com.
