(the “Company”) provided the following metrics for the Company’s same-store facilities (stabilized and comparable properties that have been included in the consolidated results of operations since January 1, 2025, excluding four other properties):

March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025 was 92.3% and 93.0%, respectively; and

April 30, 2026 and April 30, 2025 was 92.6% and 93.0%, respectively.

Monthly web rates as of:

March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025 was $1.04 and $1.07, respectively; and
o
April 30, 2026 and April 30, 2025 was $1.03 and $1.13, respectively.

Monthly move-in rates as of:

March 31, 2026 and March 31, 2025 was $0.91 and $0.95, respectively; and
o
April 30, 2026 and April 30, 2025 was $0.92 and $0.99, respectively.

Monthly in-place rates as of:
