SITE Centers Corp. Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 9:00 am ET, virtually via the internet at meetnow.global/M4FHMTJ.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommend a vote FOR all the nominees listed and FOR Proposals 2, 3, 4 and 5:

1.    Election of Directors:
   01 - Gary N. Boston
   02 - John M. Cattonar
   03 - Cynthia Foster Curry
   04 - David R. Lukes
   05 - Dawn M. Sweeney
2.    Approval of an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Code of Regulations to increase Director terms to three years
3.    Approval of an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Code of Regulations to replace the existing majority voting power quorum requirement
4.    Approval, on an advisory basis, of the compensation of the Company’s Named Executive Officers
5.    Ratification of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm
