As previously disclosed in its earnings release for the second quarter of 2026, the Company experienced lower than expected delivery volume through the Company’s Uber Eats partnership, which contributed to a decline in revenue reflected in second quarter of 2026 results, and the Company expects reduced demand in the second half of 2026.
