Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, February 5, 2026 — Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SAMG), (the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 per share of Class A common stock on February 5, 2026. The dividend will be paid on or about March 20, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2026.
